I have been to a lot of tourist attractions in Jamaica but this is one of my favourites.
I love tourist attractions where I can leave the attraction feeling like I have learned something new.
Ahhh…. Ras Natango Gallery and Gardens is an environmentalist’s paradise encompassing a botanical garden, themed fantasy gardens, bird sanctuary and other natural wonders.
Jamaica has 28 endemic species of birds. You can view 18 of the 28 endemic species of birds at Ahhh….Ras Natango Gallery and Garden.
You will also experience a magnificent panoramic view of the city of Montego Bay below, along with views of the ocean and mountains.
There is also an art gallery and gift shop that showcases the works of Ras Natango, his son Ayale and local artist, Cnye. Ras Natango’s (Ian Williams) paintings are found in private collections in 17 countries around the world.
Here in Jamaica, they can also be seen at the Half Moon Hotel, RIU Hotel in Negril and Ocho Rios, as well as at several homes and other businesses across the island.
There is a reason why Ahhh…Ras Natango Gallery and Garden was rated on tripadvisor as one of the top ten places to shop in Montego Bay.
